1. Scope
These terms apply to sales between FobizGrowth SARL and its business customers: the platform subscription (Enterprise plan) and expert services (data staffing, advisory, onboarding). They complement the terms of use.
2. Platform subscription
The Enterprise plan is priced according to the customer company’s size and the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly). Current prices are published on the pricing page; the applicable price is the one in force on the subscription date, and it stays fixed for the current period.
The assessment and user quotas attached to the plan are shown on the pricing page.
3. Expert services
Service rates are published on the services pricing page, by company size. An order follows these steps: request, quote confirmation, payment, delivery work, handover. Work starts once payment is received.
A mission is deemed delivered once all planned steps have been validated.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices exclude tax, in CFA francs (XAF) for services and in the displayed currency for the subscription. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing. A withholding tax may apply under tax regulations.
5. Payment and invoicing
Payment is made by bank transfer or mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo). The invoice is issued once payment is received. Late payment may lead to suspension of platform access after a reminder has gone unanswered.
6. Cancellation and refunds
A service order may be cancelled in writing at [email protected]. Refund terms for an order already paid are set out in the quote; failing that, work already performed remains payable.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law, including law n° 2010/021 of 21 December 2010 on electronic commerce. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Douala.
